All food is fully prepared and cooked on board and brought straight to your table. We have three resident chefs, supported by a fully trained crew to serve you. We are one of very few trains who still traditionally cook all the food on board.

Food Hygiene Rating

We are very proud to say that we were awarded the highest possible Food Hygiene Rating of Level 5 on board Elegant Excursions in 2012 by the Tewkesbury Borough Council, Food Safety Department.

All of the trains have different menus and the above are just examples of what is offered. It is our aim to publish all menus for all the events for the year,  by the end of January. It is also aimed to  create a link from the event list for each train to its own personal menu.

If there is anyone in your party that may have a specific dietary requirement, please advise us on booking your meal, so that we can do everything possible to accommodate them. Look forward to welcoming you on board.
